TN: 2000 Antinori Solaia Toscana IGT
I got this amazing wine as a gift from a friend (after the tasing: my
best friend:-) Cuveé made of cab sauvignon, sangiovese and cab franc. Spicy. Ruby red. Amazingly fresh and tender nose, fresh baked bread. Smoke aromas, even tobacco, berries, maybe raspberries. Reveals not instantly. Might last long. Outstanding wine! Had it with octopus "al forno" and radicchio di treviso salad with very old balsamico vinegar. |
