2010 Marziano Abbona Barolo La Pieve ***
Very modern. Dense, sirupy stewed cherry with heavy resin from wood (rarely had anything as resiny as this and I drink a lot of oaky overseas wines). tannic finish. For wine that sell by the glass at a bar in Denmark, a really good glass, but Id never buy the bottle (36E). |
