Yes, I think they serviced the Quilceda Creek to young but the Long
Shadows was perfect! NICE pairings too!

Have you seen prices on 2005 Quilceda Creek Cabernet? Upwards of $200
per bottle.

But I buy them from the mailing list and never pay more than $75. And
2011 is way too early to drink the 2008 Cab. I hold them all at least
5 years before drinking.
