Has anyone had a chance to try the 2001 Scherrer Russian River Pinot?
I came across the 1999 through Wine and Spirits magazine and loved it.
I am wondering if anyone has had the chance to sample the 01.

I don't know, because I don't drink his wines and never had any reason to
taste that particular one (since I keep kosher- if I made Pinot, I might
have a reason to taste-and-spit his), but I can ask Fred what he thinks of
his '01 Russina River Pinot. His winery is next door to mine, and I see him
most days.
