Default 1998 Dom.de Pastore CdP

I hope I got the Domaine right (an elevateur from Orange, Martine T----)
the botle is gone already. This was picked up in Arles a year and a half
ago while the wife was buying santon. 15.5% alchohol oh yeah but the wine
was well balanced and smooth with a minty fresh finish of slightly teeth
numbing tannins- how does one describe that as a good thing???

It has been a while since I have enjoyed a CdP so much, now I have to go
out and find more ;-)
