Champagne--Stored in refrigerator
Last night my wife and I had a champagne that had been in our
refrigerator for about 3 months. It was a Piper, which we had not had before. The wine seemed fine. But, I am interested whether there is a consensus on the effects of having champagne well chilled for several months before serving. Bill Hogsett |

Champagne--Stored in refrigerator
Then the other question comes to mind, if you don't put champagne in the
fridge where else can you keep it without using it in salad dressing. No I don't have a wine refrige or a wine cellar or room for one, this is why I'm asking?
