Default fining wine--egg white

i was tired of the taste of tannins in almost all the wine i
purchased so i decided to fine my own wine.

took a egg, separated the yoke and put white onto coffee filter paper
to remove any of the excess liquid
then put egg white into my 2 liter bottle of shiraz

slowly stirred it around--gently--just inverted the bottle a few
times , wine became cloudy -- by next day was clear--taste was
perfect--plan on doing this to all the wine that needs it

hth
