Wines for digestion problems
I have some intestinal issues such as bloating and cramps and
constipation after just about anything I eat. I was hoping some sort red wine would be good for helping that. Any suggestions? Sources for the suggestions? Thanks! |

Have you tried Swedish bitters? http://www.swedishbitters.com/swedish_bitters_story.htm or Angostura Aromatic bitters? http://www.angostura.com/06_bitters.htm Dee Dee |

No solutions, which is why I was looking for my own. I found Rifaximin listed on prevention.com as a possible cure for my symptoms despite it not being designed for them and requested my doc put me on that. A month later I am 90% better. I'd recommend it and the Alive probiotic if anyone has similar symptoms. I feel like a new person from this. I also found that specifically a dry Cabernet Merlot very quickly eased my suffering when I had the pain and bloating before I went (and during) on the short treatment course for the Rifaximin. No other type of wine seemed to do the trick and I tried quite a few. |
