Default 1947 Rivesaltes

Hello
On an auction (IdealWine) I obtained this bottle. It appears to be in very
good shape - so good, I seriously believe it has been quite recently
bottled. The bottle is quite dark and the label makes no mention of the wine
being rancio.
My question would be, what do you use this wine for/with. Normally, a
Rivesaltes is a VDN based on Grenache, and pairs fairly well with e g a
choclate dessert, or, maybe, a blue cheese ... but this one, which is more
than 60 years old. Any ideas? Don't feel stressed, we will not open it until
May 31st.
Cheers
Nils
