For purposes of disclosure, I have a financial interest in a wine
distributor that serves Ohio and Kentucky. This distributor handles
wines such as Evans & Tate, Tapestry, Hofer, Schloss Gobelsburg, Nigl,
Geoffroy, Tortoise Creek, Leroy, Mortet, Brocard, Audoin, Perrot-Minot,
Crocker Star, Kamen, Kongsgaard, Arietta, Au Bon Climat, Domaine
Serene, Selene, Ramey, etc. just to mane a few. I hestitate to review
or even mention wines that I taste that are part of the portfolio for
fear of violating the non-commercial aspect of this newsgroup. I
wrestle with this issue and I rarely share tasting notes on these wines
for obvious reasons. Since few of you (except UC) seem to reside in
Ohio or Kentucky would it be OK if I mention an outstanding wine or
wine bargain as long as I disclose that I handle the wine? I just
wasnt to stay PC.
