Default 1999 Sassicaia

I am thinking of opening up a 1999 Sassicaia for Christmas. I've found
conflicting data as to wether or not its ready. Any opinions would be
appreciated.

Take a look at a reliable Vintage Chart like Parkers or see Michael
Broadbent review -1 * going on 4*the wine was tasted May 2002*
---its a Bordeaux blend from the left coast of Tuscany

* page 409 of his vintage wine book.

I'd wait about 5 years unless you had another bottle.
