I'm somewhat confused. One of my local wine shops includes the Parker notes
on their Bordeaux selection and invariably he states that a wine is ready to drink, or anticipates that it will be ready, long before other authorities (the Decanter staff for example). His notes on the 2002 Montrose anticipate that it should be ready to drink now. That strikes me as being way too soon. Does he like'em young or does he decant them for an extended period? Graham |
