Can anyone tell me if wheat grass powder can be used as an additive in
recipes? An example of an additive I use is lecithin. I add lecithin to recipes when I make bread. Can wheat grass powder be added to bread recipes, or will the heat of baking kill its benefits? If adding it to bread recipes is not recommended, does anyone have any suggestions for other recipes that wheat grass powder can be added to? |
