Well humans really surprise me (as if I'm talking as a different species). Let me rephrase that... Well we humans are surprisingly creative and artistic in different ways as long as we love what we are doing.

yes i am agree with u that peoples are more health conscious now because peoples wanna stay healthier and they always try to buy some healthy foods ....

The most important phrase "Health is Wealth". By only eating healthy food it doesn't mean that you are healthy. For that you need to look after your surrounding as well it also a major concern of health. Being healthy you should have proper diet and more important to have your daily exercise.
