Default Sweet potato and mustard gratin

I threw this together the other night and it worked well, so I thought
I'd tell you lot about it.

Peel sweet potatoes, and slice thinly (1-2mm). Put a layer in the base
of a greased baking dish, season with pepper and celery salt, put
another layer, season, and repeat until you've run out of sweet
potato. Mix quite a lot of mustard powder (the stuff in the yellow
Colemans tin) with some soya milk (cows' milk would do) until all the
lumps have gone, then pour it over the potatoes. Top with breadcrumbs
(and grated cheese if you like) and bake until the liquid is gone and
the potatoes are soft.

It does sound rather simple, but the mustard powder and sweet potatoes
went together very well.
