Happy Happy Joy Joy from Chicagoland.
I'm off to brave the masses at Trader Joe's the day before x-mas eve. If I
don't make it back... it's been swell.

Happy holidays. I've got enough shopping to see me through until the new
year when the madness will have ended. Hooray!

You are a BRAVE woman Nancy!! I have avoided the place since the week before
last--much too insane for me.

I envy you Sarah! I've only got enough in to last 'til tuesday...then it's off
to face the pre-new years madness.. ugh... I'm not looking forward to it--next
year, I'm planning ahead.

Happy holidays all!!

Cheers,

Fritz

Planning ahead is the best way to cope with it all. I usually buy all the
pressies in the summer when I'm nto stressed out, but with moving house in
November I had to shop in December. not that much fun, even though I like
giving pressies.

It wasn't so bad. I even had both kids with me, they're old enough now to
help more than hinder.
I have to go back out to forage for the New Years supper. Next week I hide
out in my studio.

Best of luck in your new digs! I managed to get the gift shopping over with
early on, as I pick stuff up all year and put it aside, it was just the food
that I shorted out on... next year, I'll be cooking ahead of time and freezing
things so I haven't got to set foot near the grocery stores in the two weeks
before the holidays...it just gets too crazy!

Cheers,

Fritz
