Does soy milk have casein and whey in it?
Or is that just characteristic of dairy milk? I found some veggie cheese,
but it had casein in it (or maybe it was whey), but I'm not sure if that's ok to eat. Thanks!! James |

I never heard of Soymilk with either whey or casein in it. It sounds
abit strange. Allthough hard veggie cheese (I hope its called hard in English) are a bit hard to find (allthough there is one sort found in Sweden). It is as you ask a characterisc of dairy milk, and mostly not found in non-dairy milk (soymilk, ricemilk, wheatmilk and so on) ChodeMasterJ wrote: > Or is that just characteristic of dairy milk? "Vegan" cheeses with casein, caseinate, or sodium caseinate can hardly be called vegan. Best to avoid them. |
