A NEW LOOK AT VEGETARIANISM

With vegetarianism getting so much good and bad press, test your
knowledge about myth and reality of a vegetarian diet.

QUIZ ON MYTH AND REALITY OF VEGETARIANISM

Answer the following questions as myth (M) or reality (R) and compare your
answers at the end.
1. Vegetarian foods cannot provide complete protein.

M and R Some people do make it into a cult. Not everyone though.

M Adopting any healthier diet would reduce those problems quite a bit.

M and R. It all depends on how they're prepared as far as saturated fat
goes, but plant foods don't have cholesterol.

Too broad of a question to really answer. Traditional diets do seem to be
healthier, but in non-developed countries people sometimes have to eat
whatever they can get, and suffer from malnutrition and starvation a lot
more than people in developed countries too.
