To which federal agency should I send copies of Derek
Nash's threats? I'm guessing it should be the U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency
(http://www.ice.gov) within the Department of Homeland
Security, but I think the U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (http://uscis.gov) might have a
role to play.

I'm serious about this. Dreck's brother's girlfriend
said that Dreck has a criminal conviction for domestic
violence. Everything about him suggests he is
violence-prone. I want to ensure that he is never
allowed into the U.S.

FBI, or more appropriately, Scotland Yard. Since he's made his threats from the
UK, UK law prevails.

I'm not 100% sure who handles what since Congress restructured all the related
agencies. ICE is primarily law enforcement and terror interception. USCIS, I
believe, handles normal customs enforcement. Remember, though, that British
tourists don't need a visa to enter and travel the US.

I understand your concerns. You can contact the Sussex Police (Eastbourne
district) using the following form. It also has a phone number. To dial the UK,
dial 011-44 and then the number and skip the first 0 or 1 in the listed number.

I know, but they do have to provide proof of
citizenship, and once identified he'd be refused entry
if he were on the appropriate watch list.

I found that myself already. I've printed the
half-dozen or so posts in which he threatened me and
I'll mail then with a cover letter to the Sussex police.

You are a whiney, crybaby mental case, Bawl.

If anyone needs watching by law enforcement, it is you.
