Default Cauliflower soup report

http://www.earth.li/~kake/cookery/re...ower-soup.html

I made this last night and it's excellent!

I expected it to be bland but I was happily surprised.

Looks good. I think I'll try it.

I'll point out that it is easy to find ready-made
vegetable stock. Trader Joe's sells a very good one.

I just used some Swanson vegetable broth in a can.

I've used that one, too. It's good. Of course, the
"vegans" wouldn't like it, because it's made by (cue up
sinister sounding music) Big Business; in particular,
it's made by a Big Business that also sells
meat-containing products.

If they're going to avoid everything like that they may as well grow all
their own food, and even then they'd have to buy the seeds from a company.

Buying seeds is no better than disecting a fetal piglet. If you are going
to RIP away the offspring from her mommy, you might as well do like world
famous vegetarian Mary Hart does when she's hungry: eat a cheeseburger
(produced by a small company I hope).

Low-sodium or their salt-water? BTW, if you have a Fiesta near you, they have
cauliflower for 99 cents a head this week.

Thanks. I'm going to get some more so I can make it again.

Oh and I used the salt water version, though I didn't need to add any salt
to it later so that was good.
