Does anyone have an easy falafel recipe for a newbie? I've purchased some chick peas (canned and
dried) and sesame paste, but I'm not sure where to start. I also have greens such as cilantro,
scallions, other veggies (kale, rapini, collard greens, watercress). There are so many recipes out
there on the web, I was hoping you could recommend some.

Also, how long does wheat gluten flour keep in the pantry? I bought some two or three years ago to
attempt to make my own seitan, but have never gotten around to do it. Is it still usable? Thanks
