Try trueprotein.com. Hey, let us know how you make out with some progress reports...I've been casually ruminating, off and on, going vegan myself...I probably won't actually do it until I'm old and gray (because it's a chore trying to feed myself as it is [namely, cooking, sometimes -- by which I usually mean simply heating things up!], never mind trying to "keep kosher"), but I'd be interested in how much strength and muscle you can actually pack on, being a vegan bodybuilder (the very famous Albert Beckles is supposed to be a vegan, and he looks great even in old age).... |
