Default Ceylon Koslanda Estate CTC as iced tea

This is very good. It comes out as very light colored with a
surprisingly strong flavor. The rose top note that was in the hot tea
and disappeared has come back in the iced tea, but the white pepper
bottom note that was in the first hot cups has apparently disappeared
for good. Toci
