I'm not sure if anyone here watched it or even knew about it, but my
mother called last night and told me about the show "Modern Marvels" on the History Channel was going to be all about tea. It was fairly basic but had some goo dinfo and some very neat inside looks at Liptons facilities and the teas they blend. With Tivo I was able to indentify a ton of their tea and the websites associated with each type. There was the typical B.S. as well about EGCG, and some moron named "Dr. Tea" who should probably be shot but they also spotlighted Roy Fong as well. If you missed it I'm sure it will be on again (and it may have been on before) but I thought I'd give a heads up, it was worth the watch. - Dominic |
