Does anyone have a recipe for the Hot Sauce they serve at Benihana
style Hibachi steak houses? I'm guessing it's Sriracha and Soy Sauce mixed with something else but I just can't seem to replicate it at home. |

Serve with Thai (Kanom Jeeb) or Chinese dumplings. Refrigerate any remaining portion in a tightly covered glass jar. It will keep for a long time. -- Nick. As long as we're going mayo: Spicy Shrimp Sauce recipe from Rhiannon.
