Hello.new here.glad i found this group.

i have made sushi 3 times.nothing great just some veggie rolls,cali
rolls,and tuna rolls.

problem. making the rice.sure you guys have heard this complaint before.but
does anone have any tips on getting the rice to not be so "sticky"?
this seems to be my only real problem.

anything is appreciated!!

Sounds like too much water or too much sugar added after.
Be sure to use the correct rice, hopefully labeled for sushi.
Making sushi rice is the hardest part for me also.
