sushi chefs using plastic gloves
I noticed that where I live (the Netherlands) that chefs use plastic
gloves when making sushi. Is this normal? A month ago I returned from Los Angeles after attending a course at the sushi academy and I didn't see any chefs using gloves when I was there. Do itamae in Japan use plastic gloves as well? Mike |
