Default EZ Pot Bread -- not very attractive

Very, very easy though.

See pics:

(4 pics scroll vertically)

Details:

Wagner Ware Round Oven Roaster ("Magnalite") (very old)

http://home.att.net/~carlsfriends/di...ions%5FRev.doc
except:
1. Short mix in KA stand mixer (~ 5 min.) and just enough
flour to form ball on hook, leaving "dancing toe"
2. 1-hr. covered rise on counter, with some stretch-and-
folds
3. Full rise in pot, well, to ~90%. Incubate rise in oven with
pilot and lamp heat. Bake covered at 450°F. from cold
start, with lid off last 15 minutes (of 60) for top brown.

What good is it? Maybe some garlic toast wedges with TG
turkey. Stale and grind for crumbs after that.

HTD,
Dicky
