Lombardi's and Olive Garden. Bad news for you too?

Lombardi's and Olive Garden. Bad news for you too?

Bad service and bad food at both during my last three visits. Appetizers
are good at Lombardi's, the only thing I can for Olive Garden is that they
have good salads. It seems both places are always busy and I don't get it.
