Cheesy Pinto Bean Bake
Category: Baked, Beans, Cheese, Corn
Yield: 12 servings
2 cans (15-oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 pkg (16-oz.) frozen corn, thawed
1 jar (16-oz) ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 pkg (9-oz.) corn chips, crushed
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Procedures
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
COMBINE pinto beans, corn, salsa, tomato sauce, green chiles and hot
sauce in medium bowl.
SPRINKLE crushed corn chips into prepared baking dish. Pour bean
mixture over corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted
