Leftover Rice Desert

2 c. cold cooked rice
2 cans coconut milk
1/4 c. sugar
ground cinnamon
ground cardomon
freshly grated nutmeg

hardwa
microplane grater for nutmeg

Divide rice, sugar and coconut milk among four serving bowls. Stir to
combine. Top with ground cinnamon, cardomon and grate some nutmeg over
the top. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour or until mixture is chilled.
Eat. Make more. Repeat as necessary.
