Peanut Butter Cookies - with Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
Chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix together all the ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. With the
back
of a fork dipped in sugar press down on balls making a criss-cross
mark.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until brown. Let cool and store in an
air
tight container. (I add chocolate chips melted on top for an extra
taste.)
