Rhubarb Cake



1 box yellow cake mix.

4 cups diced rhubarb.

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 pint heavy cream



Prepare cake according to package directions, only using 1 cup of

water though. Put into 9x13 greased and floured pan. on top of

batter put the diced rhubarb. sprinkle with sugar. pour heavy cream

on top of all. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.This cake is

out of this world with flavor. You can put fresh strawberries on top

when serving, which makes it even more yummy!
