Pesto and Pasta with Lemon and Shrimp Category: Pastas & Noodles Yield: 4 servings 1 pkg (9-oz.) BUITONI® Refrigerated Linguine, cooked, drained and kept warm 1 contnr (7 oz.) BUITONI® Refrigerated Reduced Fat Pesto with Basil 8 oz cooked medium shrimp, kept warm 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion Procedures COOK and drain Linguine according to package directions. Keep warm. COMBINE shrimp, pesto, lemon peel and garlic in medium saucepan. COOK over low heat, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with green onions. |
