Default Beef Tenderloin Sauté

Beef Tenderloin Sauté
Serves:4


Ingredients
4 beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick (1 lb. Total)
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger root
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions
1. Place beef in plastic bag with teriyaki sauce, ginger, lime, the 1
tsp. oil and pepper. Turn to coat well. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain
beef and pat dry.
2. In nonstick skillet heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high, heat. Add
beef to skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired
doneness.
3. Serve with fresh vegetables.
