Buckeyes
These peanut butter balls are more like candy - they are dipped in chocolate and have Rice Krispies® in them. Ingredients: 2 c. peanut butter 1 stick of butter (softened) 2 c. powdered sugar 3 c. Rice Krispies® 6-ounce pkg. chocolate chips 2 T. shortening Directions: Mix first 4 ingredients. Roll into balls and freeze. In double boiler, melt chocolate and stir in shortening. Dip balls 3/4 of the way into the chocolate. Freeze again until chocolate hardens. Enjoy! Submitted by: Cindy Campbell of Trabuco Canyon, CA |
