Default Peach Honey

Peach Honey

1+1/2 lb (400 g) fresh or frozen peaches

2 cups (500 ml) sugar

If using fresh peaches, cut into pieces and remove the pits. If using

frozen, allow to thaw completely. Process in an electric blender or

food processor until pureed. Combine with the sugar in a saucepan and

cook over low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. Makes about 2 cups (500

ml.)

Bon appetit from the Chef and staff at World Wide Recipes
