Bisquick Peanut Butter Chip Cookies - Bisquick Classics
2/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup honey 1 egg 2 1/4 cups Bisquick 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips Mix peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg. Mix in remaining ingredients. Divide dough into halves; shape each half into roll, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut rolls into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.
