Crockpot Top or Bottom Round Beef Roast

1 Top or Bottom Round Beef Roast

I put similar cuts of beef into the crockpot to roast. I do nothing else.
No seasoning, no liquid. When it smells ready 3-4 hours later, I take it
out and it is perfect. Tender, roasted, and good hot or cold.
