Easy Chicken Pie ala Nita
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.

3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroon soup
1 cup chicken broth (from boiled chicken) mixed with 1/2 Knorr chicken
bouillon cube -- Add water to make 1 cup if necessary.
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 small Vidalia onion, chopped
1/8 to 1/4 tsp black pepper

CRUST:

1 cup self rising flour
1 tsp. table salt
1 cup Half & Half
2/3 stick softened butter

Mix soups and broth combined with chicken bouillon cube well. Add celery,
onion, black pepper. Combine with cooked chicken and place in baking dish.

CRUST: Mix flour, milk, butter, salt and baking powder (if using plain
flour)
with mixer. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 400 degrees F. for 45
minutes or until golden brown. Crust will rise.
