Default Mushroom Gravy


Mushroom Gravy

Serving Size: 4

1 pound Mushrooms ; any type
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Flour ; instant is best
1 teaspoon Bovril liquid ; or 1 packet powder

Slice mushrooms to desired size. Melt butter in a shallow pan. Add the
mushrooms and saute till golden. Add flour and blend in. Add water to
make a thin gravy. Add bovril or oxo. Simmer a few minutes to cook flour.
Thin to desired consistency. Serve over steak etc.
