Sweet Peppers Filled with Olive Spread
I made this for a birthday party last weekend, and they flew off the
plate. Sweet Peppers Filled with Olive Spread 8 oz. cream cheese, softened approx. 1 cup olives (I used mixed black and pimento-stuffed green ones) 12 or more baby sweet peppers, stemmed, halved lengthwise and seeded In food processor, pulse cheese and olives until well combined and olives are in small pieces, but not pureed.
