Cabbage Salad, Sicilian Style

Cabbage
mild olive oil
red wine vinegar
salt & pepper

I have a family favorite that is quick and easy. You can use green
or purple cabbage. Slice strips of a head of cabbage and loosen
pieces. Pour oil (mild olive oil is best) then add red wine vinegar,
salt and pepper to taste. That's it.
