Some time ago I had an excellent meal prepared with left over
spaghetti pasta and eggs. The eggs were beaten and added to a
non-stick skillet that contained the left over pasta; it was then
baked in the oven. Other ingredients included shavings of black
ruffle etc. I cannot, for the life of me remember the name of the
dish. Could someone post a recipe for what I describe?

Thanks,

Rich

Does anyone have a recipe for Nigella Lawson's Posh Mushy Peas?

Secondly, when I lived in Trikala in Greece people made a savoury pumpkin
pie with feta cheese, olive oil and yellow corn meal (aka polenta or maize
flour). Does anyone have a recipe for this?

Thanks

Subject: Chinese frog legs

Hi,
I have cruised the net through it's vast expanse, but to no avail. I am
hoping that I'll be able to find something in this next of the woods.
I am looking for a receipt for chinese frog legs cooked with ginger and
spring onions.
I used to eat this in Singapore (Changi area), when there as a child
ions ago. I remember it being cooked in terra-cotta pots which served as
plates if that's any help to finding the receipt.
Thanks to all for any indication to a source for the delicious plate.

Subject: request freeze ahead cooking

We have a friend going thru a difficult time. I'd like to make some dishes
that can be made ahead and frozen to share with him the next couple months
as needed. One dish meals or items that can be combined with easily gotten
extras - a bag of salad and a loaf of bread for example - would be ideal.

I have never done the freeze ahead kind of cooking so I'd really
appreciate reader's favorite recipes and ideas to help me put together a
calendar of meals that will work.... Thanks!
