Traditional Dagwood Sandwich

This is a large sandwich made using white bread and filled with the
following:

Turkey breast
Ham
Salami
Bologna
Lettuce
Tomato
Dill pickle
American and Swiss cheese
Red onion
Italian dressing

This sandwich is named after Dagwood Bumsted, Blondie's husband from the
comic strip Blondie".
