Holiday Apple & Cheese Salad

for 12 servings

2 heads of lettuce (3 if small)
5 Apples (red delicious works best)
250 ml Marble Cheese
1 cup of carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of thinly sliced almonds
Sweet Onion Salad Dressing or Raspberry Vinaigrette

Remove apple cores and dice apples into small bite size pieces. Grate or
cube (depending on preference) 250 ml of Marble Cheese (or preferred
cheese-nothing too strong) wash and chop carrots and celery. In pan on
medium heat cook sliced almonds stirring constantly be careful not to burn
(you want them to be a light brown color). Add about 1 cup of salad
dressing or until desired amount has been reached. Mix in raisins and
toss.
