French Fried Zucchini

2 pounds zucchini
flour
oil or fat for frying
salt
pepper

Wash and slice zucchini. Dip each slice in flour and fry in deep fat or oil till
brown and crisp. About 2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper and season with salt and
black pepper.
