Cheese-Fried Zucchini

1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt (garlic salt or onion salt if you like)
2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise in sticks
1 egg, beaten
2-4 Tbsp. olive oil

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, flour and salt in a plastic bag. Dip zucchini
in egg, then shake in plastic bag. Using a large Skillet, heat oil and fry
zucchini until golden brown and crispy, turning accasionally. Drain on
paper towel.Serve immediately. Serves 4. This also makes a great
