Default Banana Pancakes

This was posted in another group a few years ago and I decided to try
them.
I fed them to my day care kids and they loved them. I guess that is a
good testimonial. I also found them very good. I threw in a handful of
chocolate chips. Be very careful as these brown very quickly.

Banana Pancakes

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts
4 eggs lightly beaten (or egg substitute)
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups milk
2 small bananas, diced

Combine dry ingredients. Mix eggs with oil and milk then pour into dry
ingredients. Stir until blended; add nuts and bananas. Cook on a
greased griddle. Makes about 12 pancakes.

Can be frozen and warmed in microwave.
