Correction: It is not chopped Italians, but chopped Italian parsley.
Chicken Piccata Serving Size: 1 Cuisine: Uncategorized Main Ingredient: Chicken Categories: Lemon, White wine, Wine, Olive oil, Butter, Chicken, Italian 4 Boneless skinless chicken 1/2 cup Flour 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter 1/4 cup Dry white wine 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh Italian parsley Flatten chicken breast until quite thin and then dredge lightly with flour. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Once it is hot, saute the chicken until done. Remove and keep warm. Add wine and lemon juice to the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any brown bits.
